The Four Important Bits
(1) A Licence:
These can be obtained from either Queensland Raceway or Lakeside Park.
Payments to be made to Queensland Raceways ONLY
Cost: $20.00 for a single day licence or $55.00 for a 12-month licence.
Please Note:
A one-day licence can only be used on the day of issue.

(2) A "Private & General Testing" Form:
These are available here:
Please download, complete, and bring along to the Track Day. This will save us all a lot of time on the day.
Please note that a completed form is required for each and every Track Day.
(3) CTP Insurance Extension:
Note that the CTPI applies to Queensland registered vehicles only!

The cost for sprint and regularity events for 2011 is as follows:
EFT payment from a club member at least 14 days prior - $110
EFT payment from a club member’s partner for the same event - $50
EFT payment from a club member within 14 days prior - $120
EFT payment from a non club member at least 14 days prior - $130
EFT payment from a non club member within 14 days prior - $140
ALL PAYMENTS ON THE DAY - $150
Please note you must have correct change on the day as NO CHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.
Hill Climb and Motorkhana event cost will be advised before the event including payment terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Where a paid entrant notifies the Competition Secretary more than 48 hours prior to the event that attendance is not possible,
the entrant will be credited with the full entry fee of the next Motor Sport event of the same type,
however if that event is not attended by the entrant, the credit is forfeited.
Where a paid entrant notifies the Competition Secretary less than 48 hours prior to the event,
or not at all, that attendance is not possible,
the entrant will be credited with half the entry fee of the next Motor Sport event of the same type,
however if that event is not attended by the entrant, the credit is forfeited.
